Sean grew up in the Midwest. Elina grew up in Russia. New York is where they both landed — and where they both found real estate, and each other.
Sean is a practicing attorney and former Wall Street lawyer. Elina comes from a family of architects, studied finance, and became a top producer at her first brokerage. Different backgrounds, different paths — but the same market, and eventually the same team.
Between them: 3 decades in NYC real estate, 2,500 transactions across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The Brewer Team now manages over 1,000 rental units and works with buyers, sellers, and landlords across every corner of the market.
They built the team around one idea: that buyers, sellers, and landlords shouldn't need three different brokers. Rentals, resales, new developments — handled by one team that knows how each side of a transaction affects the other.
